Bang Day... 28.12.2008 !!

I am leaving from India for Slovakia on 28th of this month at 01:00 Hrs! I will be in "Kosice" city of "Republic of Slovakia".

Just 1 step far from "Mission Impossible" ..!

Hello Guys...
I m vry happy to inform u all dat i m leaving for "Kosice, Republic Of Slovakia" in 4-5 weeks! I will be there with "T-Systems s.r.o" company.
From last 3-4 months all things are moving for this task only. It is my major "Mission" too ;) ... "Mission Impossible !"
After doing all formalities nw i can see the "Victory Day" nearby.! today only i am back frm Delhi. i have finished up wid my visa process & all... i will get my visa on passport in 3-4 weeks. b4 dat i have to book my tickets.. (date is not yet fixed..just need some info frm embassy so that i can book it up). I shall update abt exact date on my blog within 10-12 days..
well... Big Thanks for "Mr Nishant Salvi" He is the only person becz of whom my Mission started, it is on right track & it will end on Victory day! He is like Big Bro for me.. he has shwn me rt way to deal with such process, he told me all stuff related to migration process, visa... how to work out with company ppl.. everything... u can say he is "Everything" for me in dis Mission ! I am very happy that he is going to join "T-Systems" in few months! Really Hats Off to Him.!
So... i am not sure whn i will come back.. as i m going thr as a Employee of tht company... its not a contract. i hv some plans for Slovakia. Lets c hw it will work! hope 4 d best!

Is it just me or does this happen to everyone..?

The event described below is based on a true story. The situation has definitely occured, but the following transcript happened more in my head than outside it. Add to that my exaggerating capabilities, this is what you get. This is to warn all future moron type persons who might bump into me and think about starting off a conversation like the following or very similar to it.

Moronic Person 1: Hey! where do you work, btw?
Me: XYZ company ~smile~
MP1: Oh, then you must be knowing my good friend A?
Me: Ofcourse! 50,000 employees and I know exactly whom you’re talkin’ about! Isn’t that the cross dresser on the 7th floor?
A shocked MP1: Er..no.. I think you’re mistaken ~embarassed half-smile~
Me: Mistaken? No way! I know for a fact A is who I think he is. Ask him.
MP1: No, actually…A is a girl.
Me: Well, d’oh! Cross dresser?!

~dust hands~ That’s one MP down, a gazillion more to go.
For the record, just because I work here doesn’t mean I know every single person who’s ever set foot in this office. So unless your friend is a celebrity or has done something really really weird (like crossdressing to work, yes), don’t ask me that question.

God : Well I wanted to resolve your! fight for time, by giving you some clarity. In this net era, I wanted to reach you through the medium you are comfortable with.
Me : Tell me, why has life become complicated now?
God : Stop analyzing life. Just live it. Analysis is what makes it complicated.
Me : why are we then constantly unhappy?
God : Your today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday.You are worrying because you are analyzing. Worrying has become your habit. That's why you are not happy.
Me : But how can we not worry when there is so much uncertainty?

Me : If suffering is optional, why do good people always suffer?

Me : You mean to say such experience is useful?
God : Yes. In every terms, Experience is a hard teacher. She gives the test first and the lessons afterwards.
Me : But still, why should we go through such tests? Why cant we be free from problems?
God : Problems are Purposeful Roadblocks Offering Beneficial Lessons (to) Enhance Mental Strength. Inner strength comes from struggle and endurance, not when you! are free from problems.
Me : Frankly in the midst of so many problems, we don't know where we are heading..
God : If you look outside you will not know where you are heading.Look inside. Looking outside, you dream. Looking inside, you awaken. Eyes provide sight. Heart provides insight.
Me : Sometimes not succeeding fast seems to hurt more than moving in the right direction. What should I do?
God : Success is a measure as decided by others. Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you. Knowing the road ahead is more satisfying than knowing you rode ahead. You work with the compass. Let others work with the clock.
Me : In tough times, how do you stay motivated?
God : Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.

it was really my pleasure to work with him... i learnt manyyy manyy things from him almst every day.. yah.. i mean it...

boss... u r d champ in Linux....! hats off to u yar..! jst becz of u i got very basics of Linux..thx for dis dude... i hope u will guide me just like dis evrytime.. i m going to trouble u for dis many times... dats for sure ;-)

by d way tell me one thing yar... Kareena ....!!

There is a big controversy going on in Bollywood if Kareena Kapoor looks hotter than she did before she went to a size zero. People say they miss the bubbly girl and other say she looks fine. So what is she really? Hot or Not. Of course you could comment. But i want you guy’s to know my perspective. I think Kareena looked better before like in Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, Khushi, and Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum. Now she looks weird, she looks anerexic. Not that she is anerexic but she looks weird. I love her but then what would you expect from Kareena, to gain weight? Especially after post sucess Jab We Met. She had a lot of pressure on her because people thought she was to fat so she had no other alternative but to get slim. People also rumor that Tashan didn’t do so well because of Kareena being so thin. I think that the story line of Tashan wasn’t that great! So leave the poor girl alone! Also she did faint while she was shooting in Goa, but she claims that it is because it was too hot, i think it is because of her wight lose. But what Kareena say’s goes!

Humans are tough to find

Hi Friends,
I dnt know how many of us thinks in the same way, but i have some thoughts to my life which i always try to implement.
I feel everyone has their own point of views. In my thought, today, it is tough to find a real human being. I do agree that today is a competitive world and everyone is running for bread and butter but when talking about an organization or a group, we are trying to prove ourselves superior and better than others using false means.
I think we consider ourselves superior and we have forgotton than there is someone superior to us. Whatever we are doing is just a matter of time or power. We are killing ourselves and we do not have any existence as humans any more.
It is not exactly my frustration, I have seen people fighting without reasons, there is not need for fighting, anger, it is just a frustration which u cannot keep within yourself. You are getting this anger just because you are not capable of managing the things and that is why you are showing anger at a weaker person to you.
How many of us fights to a person who has more power. We always say, let it go even if the other person is wrong and if the other person is weak we fight with him even if he is right.
We are under the control of our ego, which gives out nothing to you. None of us is helping a single person in a day, not even me , we are fighting for money, we are fighting for our existence. I do not thing existence is that tough that you have to kill your own people. Never, it is just a matter of understanding and if you do not understand, what is the difference between humans and animals. Winning over others is not a win, winning yourself is the win. If you want to be the king be a king over ur ego, over your bad habits, over your anger, be a king to you.
You never have to prove anything to this world. You have to prove to yourself, try it out, the world is more beautioful than your thoughts, it is a world of what you thinks, it is a world for what you want, just follow the truth, find the humanity within you and try to keep your existence up to the mark.

WinXP Automatically logging off

If you encountered the problem where you are just logged off the moment you log in to XP, then do this to get rid of the problem.1. Get a BartPE CD / MiniPE CE2. Browse to explorer3. Delete wsaupdater.exe from c:\windows\system32IF this does not solve the issue, then go to the registry and find the following key:Hkey_Local_Machine\software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\WinlogonUserinit Value: "c:\windows\system32\userinit.exe,"(make sure the , is there at the end of userinit.exe). Now if the value does not exist... create it.

Reboot the PC... hopefully, you should be able to login and work again.

today was the big day for IMSG & all IT shared/Managed services of R ADAG Groups... ! Finally tht day came.... Reliance Tech Services got launched in gr8 way!!!!!!!!!!!
